摘 要:基于黑龙江省249户稻农调研数据,运用Probit模型和Ordered-Probit模型探究农户IPM技术采纳决策与采纳程度的影响因素。研究表明,性别、年龄、风险偏好程度、信息获取能力、交通条件是显著影响稻农IPM技术采纳决策与采纳程度的共同因素,务农劳动力人数、受教育年限、是否获得地理标志证明商标、耕地细碎化程度、是否获得技术补贴、是否参加政府技术培训是显著影响稻农IPM技术采纳行为的主要因素,而耕作年限是显著影响稻农IPM技术采纳程度的主要因素。基于此,提出提高稻农综合文化素质、加强基层水稻IPM技术的宣传与推广、提升稻农IPM技术信息获取能力及加大对稻农采纳IPM技术补贴力度等对策建议。Based on the investigate data of 249 rice farmers in Heilongjiang Province,the Probit model and the Tobit model are used to explore the factors that affect the decision-making and degree of adoption of IPM technology by farmers.It is of great practical significance to guide,standardize and optimize the adoption of IPM technology in rice farmers and to improve and promote IPM technology.The Study finds that farming Labour quantity,for geographical indication marks and traffic conditions,to participate in government technology training significantly promoted farmers to adopt IPM technology.Planting years have greatly increased farmers’adoption of IPM technology,but the degree of arable land fragmentation and the scale of rice planting significantly negatively affect the decision-making and degree of adoption of IPM technology by farmers.The common factors influencing the two-stage decision-making behavior were gender,age,years of education,degree of risk preference,ability to obtain information,and whether or not to get technology subsidy.Put forward accordingly.The government should improve the comprehensive cultural quality of rice farmers,so as to promote them to understand and master the relevant knowledge of IPM technology,to enhance the ability of rice farmers to obtain IPM technical information,so as to help them understand and master the IPM technical information and operation methods of rice production in time,to improve the training frequency of IPM technology for rice farmers to enhance their enthusiasm for learning IPM technology,to increase the subsidy for rice farmers to adopt IPM technology,and enhance their purchasing ability for IPM technology,and so on.
