应变时效对水电用钢XG800CF冲击功影响研究

摘  要:基于水电用钢XG800CF应变时效冲击试验,通过强度和冲击功对比、显微组织观察以及应变时效敏感性系数计算进行分析研究。结果表明:5%应变时效后,0~-60℃冲击功均有一定程度下降,在-40℃时冲击功下降约40%,但是仍满足水电钢冲击性能要求。低于-60℃时具有较高的应变时效敏感性系数,高达70%左右。应变时效前后显微组织未发生明显的改变,主要为回火贝氏体,沿厚度截面由表及里分别是板条贝氏体、板条贝氏体+粒状贝氏体、粒状贝氏体。另外随开轧温度的提高,晶粒度逐渐降低,晶粒粗大,常规冲击功和应变时效冲击功均有较为明显的降低。Based on the strain ageing impact test of hydropower steel XG800F,analysis and research are performed by strength and impact energy comparison,microstructure observation and strain ageing sensitivity coefficient computation.The results show that after 5%strain aging,the impact energy at temperatures between 0 and-60℃decreases by a certain extent.while the impact energy at-40℃decreases by about 40%,which still meets the requirements of the impact energy of hydropower steel.The strain aging sensitivity coefficient of the hyrdropower steel is up to about 70%at a temperature below-60℃.The microstructure has no apparent changes,which is mainly tempered bainite consisting of lath bainite,lath bainite+granular bainite,granular bainite from the plate surface to the inside through thickness respectively.In addition,with the increase of start rolling temperature,the grain size decreases gradually,the grain size is coarsened,the conventional impact energy and strain aging impact energy decrease obviously.
