江西省甘薯种苗产业发展现状及对策分析

摘　　要：为充分了解甘薯种苗在甘薯产业发展中的作用,利用访谈与问卷形式,对江西省甘薯种苗企业、专业合作社、家庭农场和小农户相关主体进行了调查研究。主要分析了江西省甘薯种苗产业发展的现状特点及存在问题。研究发现,存在甘薯种苗繁育体系不健全、甘薯种苗产业化组织程度有待提升、甘薯优质专用型品种推广力度不足、甘薯种苗跨区销售中风险防控意识薄弱等问题。针对问题提出完善甘薯种苗繁育标准体系、提高甘薯种苗繁育规模化程度、增强科技金融对甘薯种苗产业扶持力度、加强风险防控构建起健康种苗销售体系的对策建议。The related subjects of sweet potato seedling were investigated by means of interview and questionnaire,such as enterprises,professional cooperatives,family farms and small farmers in Jiangxi Province,in order to fully understand the role of sweet potato seedlings in the development of sweet potato industry.This paper mainly analyzed the sweet potato seedling industry current situation characteristics and exist problems in Jiangxi Province.It wa found that there were some problems,such as imperfect sweet potato seedling breeding system,the degree of industrialization organization of sweet potato seedlings needs to be improved,insufficient promotion of high-quality special varieties of sweet potato,and weak awareness of risk prevention and control in cross regional sales of sweet potato seedlings.In view of the problems,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the standard system of sweet potato seedling breeding,such as improve the standard system of sweet potato seedling breeding,improve the scale degree of sweet potato seedling breeding,strengthen the support of science,technology and finance for sweet potato seedling industry,strengthen risk prevention and control in order to build a healthy seedling sales system and so on.
