Research on the Spillover Effect of Bank Credit on Technological Innovation in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao

摘　　要：为探究银行信贷对区域科技创新效率的空间溢出效应,本文采用DEA方法测度科技创新效率,使用空间地理距离权重矩阵,构建空间杜宾模型(SDM),基于2010~2019年粤港澳大湾区10个城市(区)的面板数据进行实证研究。研究结果表明:(1)粤港澳大湾区的科技创新效率存在空间溢出效应;(2)银行信贷规模对区域科技创新效率具有正向的空间溢出效应,其“涓流效应”能够带动周边城市科技创新效率的提升;(3)财政科技投入对区域间科技创新效率具有正向的空间溢出效应,经济发展水平对区域间的科技创新效率具有负向的空间溢出效应。Taking the panel data about 10 cities(region)in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao(GBA)from 2010 to 2019,this paper adopts the DEA method to measure the technological innovation efficiency.Based on the geographic distance weight matrix,a spatial Durbin model is further proposed to investigate the spillover effect of bank credit on the efficiency of technological innovation.There are three aspects of results given from the analysis:(1)the spatial spillover effect has appeared in the GBA of the efficiency of technological innovation;(2)the bank credit has a positive spatial spillover effect on the efficiency of technological innovation and has been mature with“trickling-down effect”appearing,which promotes the efficiency of techno⁃logical innovation in surrounding region.(3)the spillover effect of financial science and technology expenditure on the efficiency of technological innovation in neighboring cities is significantly positive,while economic development is significantly negative.
