摘　　要：随着以互联网技术为代表的新一代科技革命的到来,互联网与三次产业之间从浅层联系到深度融合,逐渐成为推动产业结构转型升级的重要力量。本文从理论层面分析互联网发展、技术创新以及产业结构转型升级三者之间的内在联系;从实证方面,基于2008~2019年31省(区、市)的面板数据,通过全局主成分分析法计算互联网发展指数;建立空间杜宾模型对互联网发展影响产业结构转型升级的程度和空间溢出效应进行检验,并构建中介效应模型验证技术创新的中介效应。研究结果表明:(1)互联网发展对本地区产业结构高级化和合理化具有显著的正向推动作用;(2)互联网发展能够加强产业结构转型升级的空间溢出效应;(3)相邻地区具有相似的产业结构,产业结构高级化和产业结构合理化具有正向的空间关联性;(4)技术创新在互联网发展影响产业结构转型升级的过程中具有部分中介效应。With the advent of a new generation of scientific and technological revolution represented by internet technology,the relationship between the internet and the three industries is from shallow connection to deep integration,which has gradually be⁃come an important force to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.This paper analyzes the internal relation⁃ship among Internet development,technological innovation and industrial structure transformation and upgrading from the theoretical level.From the empirical aspect,based on the panel data of 31 provinces(districts,cities)from 2008 to 2019,the internet de⁃velopment index is calculated by global principal component analysis.Establishing spatial Dubin model to test the degree and spatial spillover effect of Internet development on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and constructing mediating effect model to verify the mediating effect of technological innovation.The results show that:(1)the development of the Internet has a significant positive role in promoting the upgrading and rationalization of the regional industrial structure;(2)the development of Internet can strengthen the spatial spillover effect of industrial structure transformation and upgrading;(3)the adjacent regions have similar industrial structure,and the upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure have positive spatial correlation;(4)technological innovation has a partial mediating effect in the process of internet development affecting the transformation and upgra⁃ding of industrial structure.
