摘　　要：在明确区域创新生态系统的形成机制和特征的基础上,本文构建了区域创新生态系统可持续发展评价指标体系和评价模型,对比了我国四大区域创新生态系统可持续发展水平及变化情况,利用障碍度模型分析了影响可持续发展的制约因素。研究结果表明:我国区域创新生态系统可持续发展能力持续提升,但整体水平较低。四大区域创新生态系统可持续发展能力排名依次为东部地区、中部地区、东北地区和西部地区,且地区之间的差距呈现出增大的趋势,可持续创新产出和可持续创新活力是制约区域创新生态系统可持续发展的主要因素。最后本文并提出了相应的政策建议。On the basis of clarifying regional innovation ecosystem formation mechanism and characteristics,the evaluation index system and evaluation model of sustainable deve⁃lopment of regional innovation ecosystem are constructed,the sustainable de⁃velopment level and changes of four regional innovation ecosystems are compared,the restrictive factors affecting sustainable deve⁃lopment are analyzed by using the obstacle degree model.The results show that the sustainable development level of China's regional innovation ecosystem continues to improve,but the overall level is low.The ranking of the sustainable development capacity of the four regional innovation ecosystems is the eastern region,the central region,the northeast region and the western region.The gap between regions shows an increasing trend.The main factors restricting the sustainable development of regional innovation ecosys⁃tems are sustainable innovation output and sustainable innovation vitality.Based on this,the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
