摘  要:试验采用正交设计研究了茎表皮损伤a1(不处理)、a2(茎表皮轻微擦伤),生长调节剂b1(纯水)、b2(吲哚丁酸IBA 15 mg/L)、b3(乙烯利20mg/L)、b4(IBA 15 mg/L+乙烯利20mg/L),生长调节剂喷施次数c1(1次)、c2(2次)、c3(3次)、c4(4次)对云烟87茎不定根发生的影响。结果显示:3个因素对烤烟茎不定根和体积影响的大小均为生长调节剂处理次数>不同生长调节剂>茎表皮机械损伤;茎表皮机械损伤降低烤烟茎不定根数和体积;吲哚丁酸可促进茎不定根数,乙烯促进茎不定根体积;生长调节剂处理次数超过两次降低不定根发生。有利于提高茎不定根数的最优组合为:施用1次生长调节剂+(吲哚丁酸+乙烯利)+茎表皮不处理;有利于提高茎不定根体积的最优组合为:施用1次生长调节剂+乙烯利+茎表皮不处理。The trial study the effect of stem epidermis-injure(a1-no stem epidermis-injure;a2-stem epidermis-injure),growth regulator(b1-pure water;b2-IBA 15 mg/L;b3-ethylene 20 mg/L;b4-IBA 15 mg/L+ethylene 20 mg/L),using times of growth regulator(c1-1;c2-2;c3-3;c4-4)on stem adventitious roots development of flue-cured tobacoo Yunyan87.The results demonstrated that the effects of the three factors on stem-adventitious root and volume of flue-cured tobacco were as follows:Treatment times of growth regulators>Different growth regulators>stem epidermis-injure;Stem epidermis-injure reduced stem adventitious root number and volume of flue-cured tobacco;IBA promoted adventitious root number and ethylene promot⁃ed adventitious root volume;Using times of growth regulators more than twice reduced adventitious root occurrence.The opti⁃mal combination for increasing the number of adventitious roots was:once growth regulator+(IBA+Ethrel)+no stem epider⁃mis-injure;the optimal combination for increasing the volume of adventitious roots was:once growth regulator+Ethrel+no stem epidermis-injure.
