摘　　要：结合“季节分段”人才培养模式在《园艺植物育种》课程教学中的应用实践,综合分析了这一新型人才培养模式对园艺专业学生、园艺企业和专业教师三方面的积极作用,为高职农业类专业的教学改革提供了思路.Based on the application practice of"seasonal section"talent training mode in the teaching of"Horticultural Plant Breeding",this paper comprehensively analyzes the positive effects of this new talent training mode on horticulture students,horticulture enterprises and professional teachers,and provides ideas for the teaching reform of agricultural specialty in higher vocational colleges.
