摘　　要：本文通过阐述吉林市地震监测现状,分析了当前吉林市监测台网存在的不足,提出了如何提升基层监测能力的具体工作措施,通过几年的台网建设和具体实践,建设了较为完善的基层地震监测体系,总结了当前做好基层地震监测预报的几点启示,为市县地震台网体系建设提供了借鉴和参考。This paper expounds the current situation of earthquake monitoring in Jilin City,analyzes the shortcomings of the current monitoring network in Jilin City,and puts forward some specific measures on how to improve the grass-roots monitoring ability.Through several years of network construction and specific practice,a relatively perfect grass-roots earthquake monitor⁃ing system is built,and some inspirations on how to do a good job of grass-roots earthquake monitoring and prediction are sum⁃marized,which can provide reference for the construction of city and county seismic network and it provides a reference for the construction of the Department.
