摘　　要：文章针对体细胞胚发生与遗传变异的国内研究现状进行综合阐述。重点讨论了植物体细胞胚发生过程中多糖、蛋白质、核酸的生理生化变化。植物外植体、激素、培养基对体细胞胚发生产生的影响。以及体细胞遗传变异的机理,包括变异类型和主导因素。This paper expounds the current situation of somatic embryogenesis and genetic variation.Emphasis is placed on the physiological and biochemical changes of polysaccharides,proteins,and nucleic acids during plant somatic embryogenesis.Ef⁃fect of plant explants,hormones,and culture media on somatic embryogenesis.And the mechanisms of somatic genetic varia⁃tion,including the type of variation and the dominant factors.
