摘 要:采用硝酸与锡酸钠反应生成偏锡酸沉淀,过滤后除去锡,滤液采用离子色谱测定醋酸根含量。实验表明,对于0.2 g左右的样品,滴加3~5滴硝酸可令锡几乎完全沉淀而被去除,避免堵塞阴离子色谱柱。在pH为8左右的溶液中,醋酸完全电离成醋酸根,离子色谱中其保留时间为4~5 min。该方法操作简便快捷,检出限为0.040%,平均加标回收率为99.43%,精密度为0.029%。The precipitation of metastannic acid is generated by the reaction of nitric acid and sodium stannate, and then tin is removed after filtration. The content of acetate in the filtrate is determined by ion chromatography. The results of experiments showed that 3 to 5 drops of nitric acid are enough to precipitate almost all of the tin in a sample of about 0.2 g,preventing the anion chromatographic column from clogging. The acetic acid in a solution with a pH of about 8 is completely ionized into acetate. The results of ion chromatography showed that the retention time of acetate was 4 to 5 min. The method is simple and fast to operate, and has a detection limit of 0.040%, an average spike recovery of 99.43%, and a relative standard deviation of 0.029%.
