中国经济“走出去”能力分析——基于“一带一路”视角的研究

摘　　要：合作共赢、优势互补与“错位发展”,是中国在经济“走出去”的主要优势特征,但在自动化产品、加工工业品、保险与养老服务、金融服务等领域中依然存在替代与竞争关系。此外,中国面向“一带一路”国家的出口贸易、对外直接投资与区域内的社会全球化、政治全球化存在长期稳定的关系。社会全球化是服务贸易出口的正向格兰杰成因、是商品贸易出口的负向格兰杰成因,政治全球化是服务贸易出口的负向格兰杰成因、是商品贸易出口的正向格兰杰成因,商品贸易出口是对外直接投资的正向格兰杰成因。提出应强化中国经济“走出去”的动态比较优势与竞争力,密切关注“一带一路”沿线国家的社会与政治全球化发展态势,系统性制定产业、贸易与对外直接投资宏观调控政策等对策建议。Win-win cooperation,complementary advantages and"dislocation development"are the main advantages of China’s economic"going global",but there are still substitution and competition in the fields of automation products,processing industrial products,insurance and elderly care services,financial services and so on.In addition,China has a long-term and stable relationship with other"B&R"countries in the export trade and foreign direct investment,and social globalization and political globalization in the region.Social globalization is the positive Granger cause of service trade export and the negative Granger cause of commodity trade export.Political globalization is the negative Granger cause of service trade export and the positive Granger cause of commodity trade export.Commodity trade export is the positive Granger cause of foreign direct investment.The dynamic comparative advantage and competitiveness of China’s economy should be strengthened during the going global of its economy.The social and political globalization of the B&R countries should be closely monitored,and we shoud formulate macrocontrol policies for industry,trade and foreign direct investment systematically.
