沥青中硫化氢脱除工艺研究

摘　　要：以70号沥青为原料,在一定试验条件下,考察了脱硫剂添加量、处理温度对沥青硫化氢脱除的效果,确定了沥青中硫化氢脱除的最佳工艺条件、添加剂用量。试验表明:不同脱硫剂添加量及处理温度对沥青的硫化氢脱除效果不同,通过调整及优化添加量及处理温度,可以达到95%以上的脱除效果。Taking No.70 asphalt as raw material,the effects of desulfurizer dosage and processing temperature on the removal of hydrogen sulfide from asphalt are investigated under certain experimental conditions,and the optimal processing conditions and additive dosage are determined.The test results show that dif-ferent amount of desulfurizer and processing temperature have different effects on the removal of hydrogen sulfide.By adjusting and optimizing the amount of desulfurizer and processing temperature,the removal can achieved more than 95%.
