摘  要:提出了一种原位二次回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度新技术。采用标称能量2.207 J回弹仪对硬化混凝土浇筑表面的同一测点进行原位二次回弹,由前后两次回弹值所拟合测强曲线推定混凝土抗压强度,并提出了回弹击实系数的参数概念,成功将其引入混凝土强度换算值计算。结果表明,论文所建立混凝土浇筑表面的原位二次回弹法拟合测强曲线具有足够检测精度,能用于对结构实体混凝土抗压强度推定。研究成果可供工程结构混凝土强度质量控制参考。This paper presents a new technology of in-situ secondary rebound method to detect the compressive strength of concrete.The nominal energy 2.207J rebound instrument is used to conduct in-situ secondary rebound on the same measuring point of hardened concrete pouring surface,and the compressive strength of concrete is inferred from the strength curve fitted by the two rebound values.The parameter concept of rebound compaction coefficient is proposed,which is successfully introduced into the calculation of concrete strength conversion value.The results show that the strength curve fitted by the in-situ secondary rebound method of concrete pouring surface established in this paper has enough detection accuracy,and can be used to estimate the compressive strength of structural solid concrete.The research results can provide reference for the quality control of structural concrete strength.
