摘　　要：介绍了盐水蒸发器基本工作过程,分析了蒸发器容易结晶堵塞、效率下降等故障原因,对蒸发器控制系统进行改造,提高了设备的综合利用率和工艺参数控制的精度。Introduce the basic process of brine evaporator,analyze the reason of evaporator crystal block、low efficient.Modifacation the evaporator control system,to improve the overall equipment effectiveness and process control accuracy.
