摘　　要：总结了电石法VCM冷冻系统的改造情况及改造后投资效益情况,装置自动化提升后,节约了电耗且运行稳定。This paper summarizes the transformation of VCM freezing system by calcium carbide method and the investment benefit after transformation,plant automation after ascension,save power consumption and running stability.
