摘  要:苏尼特金矿缓倾斜-倾斜厚矿体采用无底柱分段崩落采矿法回采时,采场垂直矿体走向布置,受矿体产状影响,存在采矿损失贫化大的问题。根据矿体开采技术条件,在原采矿方法基础上采用多种优化改进方案:改直切井为斜切井,改平进路为坡进路,改进路为堑沟,改切巷切井联合拉槽为扇形中深孔爆破拉槽等。工程实践表明,优化改进方案实施后效果明显,不仅减少了工程量,降低了采掘成本,而且降低了矿石贫化率和采矿损失率,在同类矿山中具有推广价值。When the gently inclined-inclined thick ore bodies are mined by pillarless sublevel caving mining method,the stope is arranged perpendicular to the ore bodies and affected by the ore body occurrences,leading to great mining loss and dilution.According to the technical conditions for ore body mining,many optimization plans are adopted based on the previous mining method:the straight cut shaft is changed into inclined cut shaft,the level approach is changed into ramp approach,the approach is changed into trench,the cut groove combining cut drift and cut shaft is changed into fan-shaped medium-long hole blasting cut groove.Engineering practice shows that after optimization,the construction load is reduced,the mining and excavation cost is lowered as well as the ore dilution and mining loss rate.The optimization is worth promotion in similar mines.
