摘 要:针对传统金电解精炼工艺存在的阳极泥熔铸时金挥发损失和环境污染问题,研究了粉末冶金技术在金电解精炼工艺中的应用,考察了压制强度、烧结温度对压坯相对密度及电解效果的影响。结果表明:采用粉末冶金技术,通过自制模具,应用粉末压制、烧结工艺,无污染、低损耗制备出了阳极板,且其电解指标较好。该技术大大降低了传统工艺中阳极泥熔铸造成的金挥发损失及环境污染,减少了企业生产运营成本,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。In light of gold volatilization loss and environmental pollution caused by anode slime casting in traditional gold electrolysis refining process,the application of powder metallurgy technology to gold electrolysis refining process was studied,and the influence of pressing strength and sintering temperature on the relative density of compaction and electrolytic effect was investigated.The results show that the anode plate has been prepared by powder metallurgy technology and powder pressing and sintering technology in home-made moulds,with no pollution and low loss,and its electrolytic index is good.This technology greatly reduces gold volatilization loss and environmental pollution caused by anode slime casting in the traditional process,lowers the production and operation cost of enterprises,and has significant economic and environmental benefits.
