摘  要:针对某少硫化物微细浸染型含金矿石进行了选矿工艺研究,探索了全泥氰化、超细磨炭浸、浮选工艺选别指标。结果表明:全泥氰化、超细磨炭浸工艺金浸出率很低,最高仅为4.04%,不适宜处理该矿石;采用浮选工艺,在最佳试验条件下,闭路试验获得了较好指标,金精矿金品位27.35 g/t、金回收率90.63%。研究结果可为该类型矿石工艺流程选择提供参考借鉴。Experimental study on the beneficiation of a microfine disseminated gold-bearing ore with little sulfide was carried out,and all-sliming cyanidation,ultrafine grinding CIL and flotation indexes were explored.The results show that all-sliming cyanidation and ultrafine grinding CIL processes have very low gold leaching rates,4.04%at most,so they are not suitable for treating the ore;under optimal experimental conditions,the closed-circuit test of flotation obtains good index:the gold grade of gold concentrates is 27.35 g/t,gold recovery rate is 90.63%.The study provides reference for choosing process flowsheets for the type of ores.
