摘　　要：针对军用仓库装备器材收发的基本流程,对装备器材接收、发出、送货三个流程的保障能力进行分析,分析得出人员、车辆、设备、场所共四项保障要素,对这四项保障要素进行量化分析,可通过工时、体积、面积、重量等要素进行评估,分别给出了军用仓库装备器材单次收发能力的单要素评估方法与多要素评估方法。In view of the basic process of equipment receiving and dispatching in military warehouses, the paper analyzed the support abilities of military warehouses in equipment receiving, dispatching and delivering, and examined the 4 support factors isolated, namely staff,vehicle, equipment and place. By evaluating factors such as man-hour, volume, area and weight, it respectively provided the single-factor evaluation method and multi-factor evaluation method for single equipment receiving and dispatching ability of military warehouses.
