摘　　要：研究低生热界面活性剂B-206在全钢巨型工程机械子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中加入低生热界面活性剂B-206,胶料的门尼粘度降低,加工性能改善,炭黑的分散性提高,硫化胶的生热降低,耐磨性能提高,轮胎的使用寿命延长。The application of low heat-generating surfactant B-206 in the tread compound of giant OTR radial tire was studied.The results showed that adding the low heat-generating surfactant B-206 in the tread compound,the Mooney viscosity of the tread compound was reduced,the processing performance was improved,the dispersibility of carbon black was improved,the heat generation of the vulcanizate was reduced,the wear resistance was improved and the service life of the tires was extended.
