摘 要:分析半钢子午线轮胎冠带层打褶的产生原因并提出相应的解决措施。一段胎坯与冠带层的距离大、胎坯外周长偏小、冠带层宽度设计不合理、冠带层端点与胎冠端点集中、胎肩成型打压不良、半成品粘性差、胎冠和胎侧尺寸设计不合理、冠带层缠绕不良等均会导致冠带层打褶。通过合理选取工艺参数、加强工艺管理、优化结构设计等措施,可有效避免冠带层打褶,降低轮胎废品率。The causes of crown belt fold of steel-belted radial tire were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were proposed.It was found that the main causes were as follows:the distance between the first stage green tire and the crown belt layer was too large,the overall circumference of the green tire was too small,the width of the crown belt layer was poor designed,the end points of the crown belt layer and the crown were highly concentrated,the shoulder molding pressure was poor controlled,the semi-finished parts had low tackiness,the size of the crown and the tire were not appropriately designed,and the winding of the crown belt layer was poorly processed.Through reasonable selection of process parameters,strengthening process management,and optimizing structural design,the defects of the crown belt fold could be effectively avoided and the reject rate of the products was reduced.
