摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮钙水平及额外添加有机锌、锰对蛋鸡延养期产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。试验选取144只107周龄大午金凤蛋鸡,采用2×2双因子设计随机分为4组,分别为基础日粮组(N,日粮钙水平3.5%,不额外添加有机锌、锰);高钙组(hC,日粮钙水平5.0%,不额外添加有机锌、锰);高锌锰组(hZM,日粮钙水平3.5%,额外添加有机锌40 mg/kg+有机锰30 mg/kg);高钙锌锰组(hCZM,日粮钙水平5.0%,额外添加有机锌40 mg/kg+有机锰30 mg/kg)。每个处理6个重复,每个重复6只鸡。试验期6周。结果表明:与3.5%的钙水平相比,5.0%的钙水平能够显著提高延养期蛋鸡日产蛋率、平均日产蛋重及蛋壳强度(P<0.05),料蛋比和蛋黄占比均显著降低(P<0.05),且有提高蛋黄颜色和蛋形指数、降低哈夫单位的趋势(0.05≤P<0.10)。额外添加有机锌、锰,有降低破损蛋率和蛋黄颜色的趋势(0.05≤P<0.10),对其他产蛋性能及蛋品质均无显著影响(P>0.05)。钙和有机锌、锰无交互作用(P>0.05)。当日粮钙水平为5.0%时,可以显著提高延养期蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质;额外添加有机锌、锰对延养期蛋鸡有降低破损蛋率、蛋黄颜色趋势。二者无交互作用。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of diets with varying levels of calcium and organic zinc-manganese on laying performance and egg quality in the extended period laying hens.A to⁃tal of one hundred and forty-four 107-wk-old Dawu Jinfeng hens were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates using a 2×2 factorial randomized block design and each repeat with six hens.The four treatments were as the following:N(dietary calcium level 3.5%,no additional organic zinc-man⁃ganese),hC(dietary calcium level 5.0%,no additional organic zinc-manganese),hZM(dietary calcium level 3.5%,additional addition of organic zinc 40 mg/kg+organic manganese 30 mg/kg),hCZM(dietary calcium level 5.0%,additional addition of organic zinc 40 mg/kg+organic manganese 30 mg/kg).The test period lasted for six weeks.Compared with 3.5%calcium group,5.0%calcium level could signifi⁃cantly increase the laying rate,the average daily egg weight and eggshell strength(P<0.05),and de⁃crease the feed-to-egg ratio and yolk ratio(P<0.05),there was a tendency to increase the yolk color and egg shape indexes and decrease Haff Unit(0.05≤P≤0.10).There was a tendency to reduce the yolk color and the broken eggs rate(0.05≤P<0.10)for diets with additional organic zinc-manganese.It had no significant effect on other laying perfor⁃mances and egg qualities(P>0.05).Calcium and organic zinc-manganese had no interaction.The 5.0%dietary calcium could significantly improve the lay⁃ing performance and egg quality,and the addition of organic zinc and manganese could decrease the rate of damaged eggs and the color of yolk.There was no interaction between organic zinc and manganese.
