生物反馈电刺激疗法联合骶神经磁刺激治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析生物反馈电刺激疗法联合骶神经磁刺激治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法选择2019年11月至2020年10月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院外科门诊就诊的124例Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将入选患者分为试验组和对照组,每组各62例。对照组患者在系统治疗的基础上接受生物反馈电刺激疗法,试验组患者接受生物反馈电刺激疗法联合骶神经磁刺激治疗,所有患者1个月后复诊,比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后1个月美国国家卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index,NIH-CPSI)、平均尿流率、最大尿流率、国际勃起功能指数问卷-5(international index of erectile function-5,IIEF-5)评分。结果两组患者治疗后疼痛或不适症状、排尿症状、症状的影响、生活质量评分和总分均显著低于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),最大尿流率、平均尿流率均显著大于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),IIEF-5评分均显著高于本组治疗前(均P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后疼痛或不适症状、排尿症状、症状的影响、生活质量评分总分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05),最大尿流率、平均尿流率均显著大于对照组(均P<0.05),IIEF-5评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激疗法联合骶神经磁刺激治疗慢性前列腺炎,可显著改善患者疼痛或不适症状、排尿症状等,对于提高尿流率和改善勃起功能也具有显著效果。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with sacral nerve magnetic stimulation on chronic prostatitis.Method From November 2019 to October 2020,124 patients with typeⅢchronic prostatitis were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the selected patients were divided into experimental group and control group,with 62 cases in each group.Patients in control group received biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of systematic therapy,while patients in experimental group received biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with sacral nerve magnetic stimulation therapy.All patients returned to the clinic one month later.The National Institutions of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI),average urine flow rate,maximum urine flow rate and international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)scores were compared between the two groups before and one month after treatment.Result After treatment,the pain or discomfort symptoms,micturition symptoms,influence of symptoms,quality of life scores and total scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),the maximum urine flow rate and average urine flow rate were signi ficantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),the IIEF-5 scores were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,the pain or discomfort symptoms,micturition symptoms,influence of symptoms,quality of life scores and total scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05),the maximum urine flow rate and average urine flow rate were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05),there was no significant difference in IIEF-5 score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with sacral nerve magnetic stimulation in the treatment of chronic prostatitis can significantly improve patients'pain or disco
