阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究并分析阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病的临床效果。方法将2017年9月至2018年9月,到我院治疗的82例糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,均41例。分别通过甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗和单纯阿卡波糖治疗,比较效果。结果观察组的临床疗效(39例,占95.12%)明显比对照组(33例,占80.49%)高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的FBG、2hPBG以及HbAlc水平改善明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组的血糖达标时间比对照组短,治疗之后的体质量明显比对照组更低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗以后的不良反应发生率(5例,占12.2%)和对照组(3例,占7.32%)相比无明显差异,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗之后的满意度(40例,占97.56%)明显比对照组(34例,占82.93%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者将阿卡波糖片与甘精胰岛素联合治疗效果要明显优于单独用药措施,可提升临床治疗的疗效,快速改善患者的血糖指标,安全性较好,患者的认可度更高,临床应用效果显著。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of acarbose tablets combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of diabetes.Methods The 82 diabetic patients who came to our hospital for treatment from September 2017 to September 2018 were divided into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each.The effects were compared with insulin glargine combined with acarbose therapy and acarbose alone.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(39 cases,accounting for 95.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(33 cases,accounting for 80.49%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The observation group's clinical efficacy after treatment The improvement of FBG,2hPBG and HbAlc levels was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The blood glucose level of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the body weight after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group.Statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the observation group(5 cases,accounting for 12.2%)had no significant difference compared with the control group(3 cases,accounting for 7.32%),and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group(40 cases,accounting for 97.56%)after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(34 cases,accounting for 82.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment effect of acarbose tablets and insulin glargine in diabetic patients is significantly better than that of single medication,which can enhance the clinical treatment effect,quickly improve the patient's blood glucose index,with better safety and higher patient acceptance.The clinical application effect is remarkable.
