Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods A total of 40 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation treated in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method, they were divided into 20 cases in the control group(conventional internal fixation)and 20 cases in the observation group(double button plate fixation). The incidence of adverse symptoms of the two groups were compared, and the shoulder Constant score and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score were compared. Results The incidence of adverse symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group had higher constant shoulder score and lower VAS score, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation is effective, which can reduce complications, improve joint function and promote rehabilitation treatment.Arthroscopic treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation can be used and popularized in clinic.
