尿道结石代谢评估与预防性治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的关于尿道结石代谢的评估,分析预防性治疗的临床效果。方法本文调查时间选择2018年4月至2019年10月,所选择的调查对象均为在此期间到我院治疗的80例尿道结石患者。对所有患者的结石性质和来源进行代谢评估,同时制定预防性的治疗措施,评价治疗效果。结果80例患者中存在磷酸钙患者34例,尿酸患者25例,磷酸氨镁患者15例,其他代谢物患者6例。经分析能够得出慢性尿路感染病史与痛风病患者、尿酸、磷酸钙、磷酸氨镁类结石和相关代谢表现呈正相关。对80例尿道结石患者进行全面评估和综合的预防治疗后,有65例患者的病情得到有效控制,治疗有效率达到81.25%。结论通过代谢评估的方法能对预防性治疗尿道结石起到有效的引导和监测的作用,有助于为患者制定相关的预防治疗措施提供依据,在一定程度上降低尿道结石的发病率。Objective To evaluate the metabolism of urinary stones and analyze the clinical effects of preventive treatment.Methods The time of investigation was selected from April 2018 to October 2019.All the selected subjects were 80 patients with urinary stones who were treated in our hospital during this period.Metabolic assessment of the nature and source of the stones in all patients,as well as preventive treatments to evaluate the results of the treatment.Results Among the 80 patients selected,34 patients had calcium phosphate,25 patients had uric acid,15 patients had magnesium phosphate,and 6 patients had other metabolites.This can be concluded that the history of chronic urinary tract infection is mainly positively correlated with gout patients,uric acid,calcium phosphate,magnesium ammonium phosphate stones and related metabolic manifestations.After comprehensive evaluation and comprehensive prevention and treatment of 80 patients with urinary stones,the condition of 65 patients was effectively controlled,and the effective rate of treatment reached 81.25%.Conclusion The method of metabolic assessment can effectively guide and detect the prevention and treatment of urinary stones.It can provide a basis for patients to develop relevant preventive and therapeutic measures,and reduce the incidence of urinary stones to a certain extent.
