比较腹部B超检查与阴道B超检查诊断子宫肌瘤的效果

摘　　要：目的比较在实施子宫肌瘤患者诊断的过程中腹部B超检查与阴道B超检查的临床应用效果。方法本次试验研究的对象为2018年12月至2019年12月期间我院接诊并经过手术病理检查确诊的子宫肌瘤患者75例,所有患者均给予腹部B超检查和阴道B超检查,将腹部B超检查的结果作为对照组,将阴道B超检查结果作为试验组,对比分析2种检查方法的准确率。结果试验组与对照组子宫肌瘤诊断准确率分别为96.0%、84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组肌壁间肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤与混合型肌瘤的诊断准确率分别为97.7%、91.7%、100.0%、88.9%,对照组分别为90.9%、75.0%、80.0%、66.7%,试验组诊断肌壁间肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤与混合型肌瘤的准确率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在实施子宫肌瘤超声诊断的过程中,阴道B超检查具有更高的诊断准确率。Objective To compare the clinical application effects of abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids.Methods The subjects of this experimental study are 75 patients with uterine fibroids who were admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 and were diagnosed by surgical pathological examination.All patients were given abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound.The results of the abdominal B-ultrasound examination were used as the comparison group,and the vaginal B-ultrasound examination results were used as the experimental group,and the accuracy rates of the two examination methods were compared and analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of uterine fibroids in the experimental group and the comparison group were 96.0%and 84.0%,respectively.There were significant statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy rates of intramural fibroids,subserosal fibroids,submucosal fibroids,and mixed fibroids in the experimental group were 97.7%,91.7%,100.0%,and 88.9%,the comparison group was 90.9%,75.0%,80.0%,66.7%,in the comparison of the diagnostic accuracy of intermural fibroids,subserosal fibroids,submucosal fibroids and mixed fibroids,the experimental group patients were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of implementing ultrasound diagnosis of uterine fibroids,vaginal B-ultrasound has a higher diagnostic accuracy rate.
