保守治疗胃十二指肠溃疡并出血患者的止血效果

摘　　要：目的分析保守治疗胃十二指肠溃疡并出血患者的止血效果。方法选择2017年8月至2018年9月我院收治的46例胃十二指肠溃疡并出血的患者为研究对象,结合临床治疗差异实施分组,分别是甲组和乙组,分别进行泮托拉唑和奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗,治疗后对两组患者的效果进行分析。结果乙组和甲组的治疗总有效率分别是91.30%和65.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组的不同时间段的成功概率高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组出现腹泻、腹痛、脓血便的概率是21.74%,乙组发生概率是4.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保守治疗胃十二指肠溃疡并出血的整体效果明显,选择奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑实施治疗的药物机制明显,安全性高。Objective To analyze the hemostatic effect of conservative treatment for 46 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer combined with bleeding.Methods A total of 46 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer and bleeding admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects.Combined with clinical treatment differences,they were divided into two groups:group A and group B,respectively treated with pantoprazole and octreotide combined with pantoprazole.After treatment,the results of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rates of treatment in group B and group A were 91.30%and 65.22%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The probability of success in different time periods of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The probability of diarrhea,abdominal pain,pus and blood in group A was 21.74%,and the probability of group B was 4.35%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conservative treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer and bleeding has obvious overall effect,and the combination of octreotide and pantoprazole for treatment has obvious drug mechanism and high safety.
