系统化护理在急性化脓性阑尾炎患者围手术期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究将系统化护理实施在急性化脓性阑尾炎患者围手术期中所发挥的护理作用。方法对在院接受治疗的96例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者开展研究,时间为2019年3月至2021年6月于,征求患者及其家属的意见后分为观察组和对照组,均为48例。分别对两组患者以系统化护理和常规护理实施护理指导,比较护理效果。结果观察组的疼痛程度轻于对照组,首次下床时间和术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将系统化护理应用于急性化脓性阑尾炎围手术期护理中可有效减轻疼痛,促进患者恢复,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To study the effect of systematic nursing care in the perioperative period of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 were divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.Implement guidance with systematic nursing and routine nursing respectively,and compare the effects.Results The observation group had less pain,shorter time to get out of bed and shorter hospitalization time(P<0.05).The observation group(3 cases,accounting for 6.25%)had a higher complication rate than the control group group(10 cases,20.83%)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative care of acute suppurative appendicitis due to systematic nursing is effective and is worth recommending.
