摘　　要：目的探讨肛门直肠手术后尿潴留的预防与护理要点。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月期间收治的120例肛门直肠手术患者为试验对象,运用奇偶数分组方式分为观察组和对照组,分别进行预防性护理指导、常规护理干预,各60例。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组HPLP评分、心理压力自评量表评分、反复实施诱导排尿率、尿潴留发生率、自主排尿时间、膀胱功能恢复分级I级率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理指导用于肛门直肠手术患者中的效果显著,可有效预防尿潴留的发生,更好的保全患者的生殖功能和排尿功能。Objective To explore the key points of prevention and care of urinary retention after rectal surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with anal and rectal surgery were selected as subjects between April 2017 and April 2018.The observation group and the control group conducted preventive nursing guidance and nursing intervention,each with 60 cases.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The observation group HPLP score,psychological pressure self-assessment scale score,repeated induced urination rate,urinary retention rate,autonomous urination time,bladder Function recovery grade I rate were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing guidance is effective in patients with anal rectal surgery,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary retention,and better preserve the reproductive and urinary functions of patients.
