摘 要:将牦牛高效繁殖技术、品种选育、科学饲养等多项技术,集成应用于青海高原牦牛种牛生产中。结合犊牛、育成牛培育、选种选育和种质鉴定技术,组装集成为“牦牛品种选育及提高生产性能技术”进行示范推广。在传统饲养条件下,“两年一胎”的隔年产母牦牛受胎率约为50%,当年产母牦牛受胎率约为10%。通过项目示范推广,累计示范隔年产母牦牛40069头,当年产母牦牛45000头,隔年产母牦牛总受胎率达到75.83%,提高了25.83个百分点,当年产犊牦牛总受胎率达到59.42%,提高了49.42个百分点,三月龄断奶成活犊牛54064头,犊牛成活率达到98%以上。The efficient reproduction technology,breed selection and scientific feeding technology of yak were integrated and applied to yak breeding production in Qinghai Plateau.Under the traditional feeding condition,the conception rate of female yaks is about 50%in every two years,and about 10%in every year.Through the demonstration and promotion of the project,40069 female yakswhich produce in alternate year are demonstrated,the total conception rate of female yaks reaches 75.83%,increasing by 25.83 percentage points.45000 female yaks which produce in every year are demonstrated,the total conception rate of female yaks is 59.42%,increasing by 49.42 percentage points.54064 calves,which were weaned at the age of three months,were survival and the survival rate of calves was more than 98%.
