摘  要:在固定床反应器中,以乙醇和催化混合碳四(C4)为原料,采用A35树脂催化剂,考察了反应温度、压力、空速、醇烯摩尔比等条件对乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)合成的影响,并进行了活性及稳定性试验考察。结果表明:合成ETBE较佳的反应条件为反应温度55~65℃、压力1.0~1.2 MPa、空速0.8~1.0 h-1、醇烯摩尔比1.0~1.4。在反应温度60℃、压力1.0 MPa、空速1.0 h^(-1)、醇烯摩尔比1.2条件下,异丁烯的转化率大于92.0%,ETBE的选择性大于98.0%。在该条件下运转了1780 h,A35催化剂保持了较好的催化活性、选择性及稳定性,异丁烯的转化率在91.0%以上,ETBE选择性在98.0%以上。In a fixed bed reactor,the effects of reaction temperature,pressure,air speed and molar ratio of alcohol to olefin on the synthesis of Ethyl tert butyl ether(ETBE)were investigated by using A35 resin catalyst with ethanol and catalytic mixed C4 as raw materials.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions for synthesis of ETBE were as follows:reaction temperature 55~65℃,pressure 1.0~1.2 MPa,space velocity 0.8~1.0 h^(-1),molar ratio of alcohol to olefin 1.0~1.4.Under the conditions of reaction temperature 60℃,pressure 1.0 MPa,space velocity 1.0 h^(-1) and molar ratio of alcohol to olefin 1.2.The conversion of isobutene is greater than 92.0%,and the selectivity of ETBE is greater than 98.0%.Under this condition,the A35 catalyst maintained good catalytic activity,selectivity and stability.The conversion rate of isobutene was over 91.0%,and the selectivity of ETBE was over 98.0%.
