摘 要:采用熔铁催化剂HT-1,在固定床反应器中进行高温费托合成反应,利用GC方法考察了合成气中的CO_(2)对反应的影响。实验结果表明,在系统压力或入口合成气分压不变的条件下,随CO_(2)用量的增加,CO转化率明显降低,H_(2)转化率变化较小,CO_(2)选择性降低;CH4和C2~C4选择性下降,C5+选择性提高;低碳烯烃选择性下降,低碳烃烯烷摩尔比增大。CO_(2)的加入未影响用于费托合成的合成气消耗速率,只是降低了用于水煤气变换反应的CO消耗速率。Fused iron catalyst HT-1 was used to carry out high temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in a fixed bed reactor.The effect of CO_(2) in syngas on the reaction was analysed by GC method.The experimental results show that under the condition of constant system pressure or inlet partial pressure of syngas,with the increase of CO_(2) content,CO conversion decreases obviously,H_(2) conversion changes a little,and CO_(2) selectivity decreases.Meanwhile,selectivity to CH4 and C2-C4 decreases,selectivity to C5+increases,selectivity to light olefins decreases and the mole ratio of olefin to paraffin in light alkanes increases.The addition of CO_(2) does not affect the syngas consumption rate for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis,but reduces the CO consumption rate of water gas shift reaction.
