西北农村贫困户“脱贫摘帽”后可持续生计研究——以甘南藏族自治州舟曲为例

摘　　要：2020年是全面建成小康社会的决胜之年,西北农村能够实现"脱贫摘帽"是多方努力的结果,当前我们的首要任务就是巩固来之不易的脱贫成果,有效遏制返贫的发生。运用可持续生计框架,结合舟曲精准脱贫过程中反映出来的问题,探讨精准脱贫持续性不足的表现和原因,回答如何提升农户的可持续生计能力,以期为舟曲稳定持续的脱贫提供一定参考。2020 is a decisive year for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. The achievement of "poverty alleviation" in northwestern rural areas is the result of many efforts. At present, our primary task is to consolidate the hard-won achievements in poverty alleviation and effectively curb the re-occurrence of poverty. This article uses the framework of sustainable livelihoods, in view of the problems reflected in the targeted poverty alleviation process in Zhouqu, explores the performance and causes of insufficient targeted poverty alleviation sustainability, and answers how to improve the sustainable livelihood ability of farmers, so as to provide reference for the stable and continuous poverty alleviation in Zhouqu.
