摘 要:为提高房建施工效率,进行"爬架+铝模"穿插施工,实践工效显著。以百悦142项目二期八标段10号楼为例,介绍铝模、爬架以及穿插施工工艺。当施工进行主体结构时,外墙立面施工以及室内各部位、各分项工程等后续工序通过科学组织,提前介入进行施工,具有减少施工人员相互干扰,提高施工效率,缩短技术间歇时间,降低成本,发挥施工的专业化、标准化以及机械化等特点。In order to improve the efficiency in housing construction, the interspersed "climbing frame + aluminum formwork" technology is often adopted, which produces significant effect. Taking No. 10 building of the eighth bid section in the second phase of Baiyue 142 project as an example, the paper introduces the construction technology of aluminum formwork, climbing frame and interpenetration. When the main structure is under construction, the construction of the external wall facade, indoor parts, sub projects and other follow-up processes, through scientific organization, is conducted in advance, which can not only reduce the interference of construction personnel, but also improve the construction efficiency, effectively shorten the technical interval, reduce the cost, and take the advantages of construction specialization, standardization and mechanization.
