摘  要:大学生作为社会特殊的一类人群,他们的思想、心理、情绪极易受到周围环境的影响,尤其当下网络迅速发展,复杂多变的网络环境和多元的网络文化,为大学生网络群体性事件的发生创造了便利条件。大学生网络群体性事件不仅会对大学生群体及事件主体造成不良影响,还对高校管理和社会秩序存在一定的隐患。以大学生网络群体性事件舆情引导作为重点,通过对大学生网络群体性事件的内涵、产生原因、发展过程等予以探究,从学生、家庭、高校、社会四个角度总结出网络群体性事件的应对策略,帮助大学生正确解决问题提供参考。As a special group of people,college students’thoughts,psychology,and emotions are easily affected by the surrounding environment.With the rapid development of the Internet,complex and changeable network environment and diversified network culture become the causes of college students’network mass incidents.Network mass incidents of college students will not only have a negative impact on college students and the subject of the incidents,but also pose a certain hidden danger to the management of colleges and social order.The paper focuses on the guidance of public opinion on college students’network mass incidents.Through the exploration of the connotation,causes,and development process of college students’network mass incidents,it summarizes the coping strategies for such incidents from the four perspectives of students,families,universities,and society,in order to provide a reference to help college students solve problems correctly.
