摘　　要：在高等教育实施一流大学和一流学科建设的国家教育战略部署过程中,地方高校面临前所未有的挑战和机遇。针对“双一流”建设背景下地方高校人才培养中面临的主要问题进行分析,结合高等工程教育由学科导向向目标导向、由教师中心向学生中心、由质量监控向持续改进的三个改革方向,从课程体系、教学模式、育人平台、评价和改进机制等方面探讨了人才培养的有效途径,旨在为地方高校能跻身于某一领域的一流建设提供契机,促进地方高校人才培养质量的提升。In the process of implementing the major national strategy of building first-class universities and first-class disciplines,local colleges and universities are facing unprecedented challenges opportunities.This paper analyzes the main problems faced by local colleges and universities in talents training under the background of“double first-class”construction.Combined with the three reform directions in higher engineering education,which are from subject-oriented education to goal-oriented education,from teacher-centered education to student-centered education,and from quality monitoring to continuous improvement,this paper explores the effective ways of talent training from the aspects of curriculum system,teaching model,education platform,evaluation and improvement mechanism.It aims to provide opportunities for local colleges and universities to join the first-class construction in a certain field and promote the quality of talent training.
