摘 要:针对调心滚子轴承的滚子设计,研究不同类型的修形,分析其在特定工况下的接触应力和PV值,得到最适合的修形曲线。研究发现调心滚子轴承在极端载荷尤其是有轴向力的情况下会产生边缘应力,通过滚子修形特别是对数修形,可以有效地减少边缘应力,改善轴承内部的应力分布,进一步改善轴承的PV值。当轴向力增加到一定程度,PV最大值位置会发生变化,速度越高,转变越容易发生。滚子母线的对数修形对PV值和磨损的改善也通过实验进行了验证,这对于调心滚子轴承的后续优化设计具有一定的指导意义。Different types of roller raceway profile are studied based on spherical roller bearing,the contact stress and PV value are analyzed under specific working conditions,and the most suitable raceway profile is obtained.It is found that spherical roller bearing will produce edge pressure under extreme load especially combined with axial load,the edge pressure effect can be effectively reduced through roller profile especially by logarithmic profile,and the internal stress distribution of spherical roller bearing can be improved as well,further improved the PV value of the bearing and the position of maximum PV value will be changed under high axial load,the higher of the speed,the easier of the transfer.The improvement of PV value and wear by logarithmic profile is also verified by experiment,the research will guide the subsequent design optimization of spherical roller bearing.
