摘  要:为了确定西兰花最优的灌水量、施肥量,以西兰花为试验作物,采取膜下滴灌的灌溉方式,用二元二次正交旋转组合试验设计,建立产量与维生素C的数学模型,分析水肥共同作用下西兰花的产量、水肥利用效率及品质的影响。结果表明,在降水量为113 mm时,灌水量为2790~3045 m^(3)/hm^(2),施肥量为1537~1972 kg/hm^(2)时,可以获得较好的产量及较优的西兰花品质,是适宜本地西兰花种植推广的较优水肥组合方案。In order to find the optimal irrigation and fertilization amount of broccoli,taking broccoli as experimental crop,adopting drip irrigation under mulch and adopting binary quadratic orthogonal rotation combination experimental design,the mathematical model of yield and vitamin C is established,and the effects of water and Fertilizer on yield,water and fertilizer utilization efficiency and quality of broccoli are analyzed.The results show that when the precipitation is 113 mm,irrigation is 2790~3045 m^(3)/hm^(2),and fertilization is 1537~1972 kg/hm^(2),better yield and better quality of broccoli could be obtained,which is a better water and fertilizer combination scheme suitable for local broccoli planting and promotion.
