摘  要:目的验证混合现实引导蛛网膜下腔穿刺技术在老年患者中的临床可行性及效果。方法2019年4月-2019年7月纳入复旦大学附属华东医院择期行腰椎蛛网膜下腔麻醉的老年手术患者60例,随机分为盲穿组(n=30)和混合现实组(n=30)。盲穿组通过盲穿法进行腰椎穿刺,混合现实组以混合现实引导技术进行腰椎穿刺。比较2组的穿刺次数、穿刺调整次数、穿刺时间和总穿刺时间。结果混合现实组的穿刺调整次数少于盲穿组[0.00(0.00,3.00)次vs 1.00(1.00,2.00)次,P=0.031]。2组的穿刺次数、穿刺时间及总穿刺时间差异均无统计学意义。结论混合现实引导蛛网膜下腔穿刺技术可能减少穿刺调整次数,具有一定的临床可行性。Objective To study the feasibility and effect of subarachnoid puncture guided by mixed reality technology in elderly patients.Methods From April 2019 to July 2019,60 elderly patients undergoing elective lumbar subarachnoid anesthesia in Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were enrolled and randomly divided into blind puncture group(n=30)and mixed reality group(n=30).In the blind puncture group,lumbar puncture was performed by traditional blind puncture,and in the mixed reality group,lumbar puncture was performed under the guidance of mixed reality technology.The puncture number,puncture adjustment number,puncture time and total puncture time were compared between the two groups.Results The number of puncture adjustments of the mixed reality group was less than that of the blind puncture group[0.00(0.00,3.00)vs 1.00(1.00,2.00),P=0.031].There were no statistically significant differences in the puncture number,puncture time,and total puncture time between the two groups.Conclusion The mixed reality guided subarachnoid puncture technology may reduce the number of puncture adjustments,and has certain clinical feasibility.
