722实时动态胰岛素泵3C疗法治疗老年甲亢合并2型糖尿病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨722实时动态胰岛素泵3C疗法治疗甲亢合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效,并且比较其与常规胰岛素注射的差别。方法选取武汉市中西医结合医院2019年1月-2021年1月收治的甲亢合并T2DM患者90例,根据数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。2组均给予甲巯咪唑片治疗,此外,对照组给予常规多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗,观察组给予722实时动态胰岛素泵3C治疗。比较2组临床疗效、血糖指标、甲状腺功能指标、胰岛素用.量、血糖达标率和不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组FBG和2 h PG水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TSH、FT3和FT4水平与对照组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组血糖达标率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且胰岛素应用剂量低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率(11.11%)高于观察组(6.67%),但2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论722实时动态胰岛素泵3C疗法治疗甲亢合并T2DM疗效确切,可显著改善患者血糖水平,且安全性较好,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of 722 real-time dynamic insulin pump 3C therapy on hyperthyroidism complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and compare its difference from common insulin injection.Methods Ninety patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with T2DM who were admitted to Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medi-cine Hospital of Wuhan City from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with meth-imazole tablets.In addition,the control group was treated with routine multiple subcutaneous insulin injections,and the ob-servation group was treated with 722 real-time dynamic insulin pump 3C.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose indexes,thyroid function indexes,insulin dosage,blood glucose compliance rate and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of FBG and 2hPG of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the levels of TSH,FT3 and FT4 of the observation group were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).The blood glucose compliance rate of the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the insulin dosage was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(11.11%)was higher than that in the observation group(6.67%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion 722 real-time dynamic insulin pump 3C therapy is ef-fective in the treatment of hyperthyroidism complicated with T2DM.It can significantly improve the blood glucose level of patients,and has good safety.It has a certain clinical application value.
