摘　　要：各烟区用于烟草黑胫病防治的农药品种繁多,为筛选出高效的药剂用以防治烟草黑胫病,减少烟草黑胫病对烟草生产的危害,降低经济损失,于2020年6~10月在大理州弥渡县进行不同药剂以及药剂复配共6个处理及清水对照防治烟草黑胫病田间试验。通过调查统计黑胫病的发病情况、烟株株高、有效叶片数,计算病情指数和防效,分析烟草感病情况、生长状况和经济价值。试验结果表明:6个处理都有一定防治效果,其中防治效果最好的是甲霜·锰锌,防效达到64.9%;枯草芽孢杆菌、木霉菌、木霉菌+枯草芽孢杆菌、木霉菌+寡雄腐霉菌、木霉菌+甲霜·锰锌的防效分别是49.4%、46.8%、46.8%、45.5%、26.2%。木霉菌处理的烟株平均株高较高达121.6 cm,植株长势良好。甲霜·锰锌处理下的烟株平均有效叶数较多,为21片。There are a wide variety of pesticides used in tobacco black shank prevention and control in various tobacco areas. In order to screen out highly effective pesticides to prevent and control tobacco black shank, reduce the harm of tobacco black shank to tobacco production and reduce economic losses, June 2020 October, a field trial of 6 treatments with different chemicals and a combination of chemicals and a clear water control was carried out in Midu County, Dali Prefecture to prevent and cure tobacco black shank. Through investigation and statistics of the incidence of black shank disease, tobacco plant height, number of effective leaves, calculation of disease index and control effect, analysis of tobacco susceptibility, growth status and economic value. The test results show that: 6 treatments have a certain control effect, of which the best control effect is nail cream manganese zinc, the control effect reaches 64.9%;Bacillus subtilis, Trichoderma, Trichoderma+Bacillus subtilis, Trichoderma+Oligo The control effects of Pythium androderma, Trichoderma+nail cream and manganese zinc are 49.4%, 46.8%, 46.8%, 45.5%, and 26.2%, respectively. The average plant height of tobacco plants treated with Trichoderma is as high as 121.6 cm, and the plants are growing well. The average effective leaf number of tobacco plants under the treatment of nail cream and manganese zinc was 21 pieces.
