摘  要:某燃机电厂4台6B燃机组均从国内搬迁,机组的服役时间均超过25年,机组设备老旧,原燃机转子返厂维修时对轴颈进行热喷涂处理,运行过程涂层脱离严重磨损轴颈,导致燃机振动高而跳机。经过国内、外专业厂家提供的轴颈修复方案的技术对比和调研,最终采用激光熔敷及仿型车加工配合的方式在现场对轴颈进行修复,修复完成后机组投产运行顺利,效果良好,为电厂以后同类故障提供修理参照。Four 6B gas turbine units in a gas turbine power plant have all been relocated from China,with the service time of the units more than 25 years,and the equipment of the unit being old.The shaft journal of the original gas turbine rotor is treated by thermal spraying when returning to the factory for maintenance,and the coating breaks away from the seriously worn shaft journal in the operation process,which leads to the high vibration of the gas turbine and the jump of the engine.Through the technical comparison and investigation of the shaft journal repair schemes provided by domestic and foreign professional manufacturers,the shaft journal is finally repaired in the field by means of laser cladding and forming machine processing,and the unit is put into operation smoothly after the repair is completed.The effect proves good,thereby can provide repair reference for similar faults in the future of the power plant.
