摘　　要：箱式退火炉在炉膛内温度达到设定温度时,受到温度控制系统滞后性的影响,会造成有效加热区中温度过冲的情况。文章通过设备运行中的实际条件对箱式退火炉过冲情况进行了研究,提出了若干解决方案,通过试验结论的对比,总结出该箱式退火炉过冲问题各个方案的优劣。When the temperature in the furnace reaches the set temperature,the box-type annealing furnace will be affected by the lag of the temperature control system,which will cause temperature overshoot in the effective heating zone.This paper studies and discusses the overshoot situation of the box-type annealing furnace through the actual conditions of the equipment operation,puts forward some solutions,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme of the box-type annealing furnace overshoot problem through the comparison of the test results.
