摘  要:利用LS-DYNA有限元程序,对切割索爆炸切割Q345钢板时的冲击波防护进行仿真研究。施加防护板可以有效降低冲击波强度,随着防护板厚度的增加,冲击波的防护效果也有所提高;仿真中采用了Q345钢板与6061铝合金板2种防护板,根据仿真结果,6061铝合金板有着更好的防护效果;防护板若是发生断裂破坏,将会严重影响防护效果。研究结果可为实际工程中冲击波的防护以及防护板材质与尺寸的选择提供重要参考。The LS-DYNA finite element program was used to simulate the shock wave protection of the Q345 steel plate when the cutting rope was explosively cut.The application of a protective plate can effectively reduce the shock wave strength.With the increase of the thickness of the protective plate,the protective effect of the shock wave was also improved.In the simulation,two protective plates of Q345 steel plate and 6061 aluminum alloy plate were used.According to the simulation results,the 6061 aluminum alloy plate has Better protective effect;if the protective plate is broken,it will seriously affect the protective effect of the protective plate.The research results can provide an important reference for the protection of shock waves and the selection of the material and size of the protective plate in the actual project.
