摘 要:选择高效液相色谱分析仪对N-丁基硝氧乙基硝胺的(Bu-NENA)特性进行分析测试,通过多次试验探索,确定合适的仪器测试参数、内标物;采用溶液萃取法,制取Bu-NENA标样,确定合适的测试浓度,最终建立Bu-NENA纯度测试方法,其分析结果的相对标准偏差仅为0.043%,稳定性高,操作简便,可用于Bu-NENA纯度分析研究。同时,通过对萃取溶剂、测试浓度等方面的分析,建立了真实推进剂中Bu-NENA含量的测试方法,验证了该方法的稳定性,可为开展真实推进剂内Bu-NENA含量的监控提供可靠的检测手段。A suitable measuring instrument was selected according to the characteristics of Bu-NENA,and through many explorations,the instrument parameters and internal standards were determined.The standard sample of Bu-NENA was prepared by the solution extraction method,and the appropriate concentration was determined by experimental comparison.Finally,the purity test method of Bu-NENA was established.The relative deviation of the test results was only 0.043%.The test method has high stability,simple operation and can be used for Bu-NENA purity analysis.Based on this,the content test method of Bu-NENA in propellant was studied by selecting the appropriate detection path,wavelength,quantitative analysis,extraction solvent,etc.The corresponding test method was established,and the stability of the method was verified through experiments.This article provides an effective measurement method for the quality control of Bu-NENA,and an effective detection method for monitoring the content of Bu-NENA in the propellant.
