一种实用性纯铁系三合一磷化液的研制

摘　　要：本文详细介绍了一中实用性三合一铁系磷化液的研制过程。该配方在实际生产应用中已经取得了良好效果,比现在实用的其它同类磷化液稳定性强,磷化流程简单,槽液调整容易,磷化液无浑浊,绿色环保,磷化膜无浮灰且附着力高,耐蚀性强,并能与多种油漆相配套,不结冰时能够常温磷化,此磷化液能有效地保证产品质量,且减轻工人的劳动强度,减少工人的劳动时间,保护工人的身体健康,很值的推广。This paper introduces in detail the development process of the three-in-one iron phosphating fluid.The formula has achieved good results in actual production applications,which is more stable than other similar phosphating solution,simple phosphating process,easy adjustment of tank liquid,no turbidity of phosphating liquid,green environmental protection,phosphating membrane no floating ash and high adhesion,corrosion resistance,and can be matched with a variety of paints,can be normal temperature phosphating when not icing,This phosphating liquid can effectively guarantee the quality of products,and reduce the labor intensity of workers,reduce workers'labor time,protect the health of workers,It s worth promoting.
