摘 要:本研究对1株大竹地区采集的蝉花进行分离和鉴定,分析比较其子实体提取物(ZST)与发酵菌丝体提取物(JST)的抗氧化活性。结果表明,供试菌株为虫草属(Cordyceps)金蝉花(大蝉草)(Cordyceps cicadae);ZST的多糖、蛋白质和多酚含量分别为JST的1.51、1.16和1.85倍。ZST对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基、羟基(·OH)自由基、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基—苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)自由基和超氧阴离子(·O_(2)-)自由基的IC50值分别为0.65±0.002mg/mL、0.42±0.007mg/mL、0.26±0.020mg/mL和1.64±0.058mg/mL。而JST对DPPH、·OH、ABTS和·O_(2)-自由基的清除能力的IC50值分别为1.33±0.096mg/mL、0.70±0.014mg/mL、0.76±0.031mg/mL和2.35±0.399mg/mL,即ZST抗氧化性强于JST,可能由于其含有更多的多糖、蛋白质和多酚等抗氧化活性物质。该研究可以为大竹地区蝉花资源的开发提供重要的参考价值。In this study,a wild Cordyceps cicadae strain in Dazhu were isolated and identified,and the antioxidant activities of extract(ZST and JST)from the fruiting body and the fermentation mycelium were analyzed.The results showed that the tested strain was Cordyceps cicadae.The contents of polysaccharider,protein and polyphenols in ZST were 1.51,1.16 and 1.85 times of those in JST,respectively.The IC50 values of ZST for 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical,hydroxyl(·OH)radical,2,2′-Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate)(ABTS)radical and superoxide anion(·O_(2)-)radical were 0.65±0.002 mg/mL,0.42±0.007 mg/mL,0.26±0.020 mg/mL and 1.64±0.058 mg/mL,respectively.The IC50 values of DPPH,·OH,ABTS and·O_(2)-free radicals of JST were 1.33±0.096 mg/mL,0.70±0.014 mg/mL,0.76±0.031 mg/mL and 2.35±0.399 mg/mL,respectively.In other words,the antioxidant activity of ZST was greater than that of JST,which may be related to the higher polysaccharides,proteins and polyphenols content.This study can provide important reference value for the development of Cordyceps cicadae resources in Dazhu.
