摘  要:介绍了核黄素的高端产品核黄素磷酸钠,其与核黄素比较稳定性更高,水溶性更好,更利于吸收利用,生物效价更高,具有更广泛的用途,可以作为医药、食品添加剂、饲料添加剂等使用,有较大的市场需求及发展潜力。核黄素磷酸钠是核黄素的磷酸酯单钠盐,其合成方法主要为化学合成法,以核黄素为原料在不同条件下与三氯氧磷反应,反应液经水解成盐得到产品。如何提高产品质量,提高收率,降低排放,降低成本是产品具有竞争力的主要指标。综述了核黄素磷酸钠的几种合成工艺,比较了其优缺点,提出了提高产品质量的思路,对该产品的研发具有重要的参考作用。Riboflavin sodium phosphate is a top product of riboflavin.Compared with riboflavin,riboflavin sodium phosphate exhibits higher stability,better water solubility,more conducive to absorption,higher biological potency and wider application.It can be used as medicine,food additive and feed additive,which has great market demand and development potential.Riboflavin sodium phosphate is a phosphate monosodium salt and its main synthetic method is chemical process.Riboflavin is used as raw material to react with phosphorus oxychloride under different conditions,and the reaction solution is hydrolyzed into salt to obtain the product.Product quality,yield,pollutant emissions and costs are the main indicators to measure product competitiveness.This article reviews the synthetic processes of riboflavin sodium phosphate,compares their advantages and disadvantages,and proposes the idea for improving product quality,which is an important reference for the development of this product.
